I’m 19

In I’m 19, I reflect on the layers of who I once was, chrysalises inside of chrysalises, stacked and segmented like nesting dolls. I cut myself in half and trace my concentric rings. Through a nonlinear narrative, I reveal memories that have come to the surface during my last year as a teenager, feeling “in between” and sensitive to growing pains.
